Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Mutation Case No. 1009 of 2015 (Smt. Janki Jaiswal Vs. Mohd. Afzal and others), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act pending in the court of Naib Tehsildar, Khalilabad, Sant Kabir Nagar, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No. 1009 of 2015 (Smt. Janki Jaiswal Vs. Mohd. Afzal and others), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act pending in the court of Naib Tehsildar, Khalilabad, Sant Kabir Nagar, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
