The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction in Original Suit No. 818/2017, within a time specified by this Court.
Counsel for the respondents points out that in matter under Article 227 bearing No. 1730 of 2018, this Court has issued direction to the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction within twelve weeks.
In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further direction is required to be issued.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
