It is pointed out by Sri Vishnu Pratap, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank that orders of suspension passed against the petitioner has already been withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that disciplinary enquiry has not been validly instituted and the same is still pending.
This Court is not inclined to examine legality of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, at this stage, particularly as reply has already been submitted in the matter. It would, therefore, be appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon authority concerned to ensure that disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner are concluded, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
