Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Although this petition challenges an order of transfer, learned counsel for the petitioner has highlighted the fact that the petitioner is suffering from a serious heart ailment for which he is undergoing treatment at Allahabad. Faced with this difficulty he has sought a review of the order of transfer which has been passed consequent to which he is liable to join at Chitrakoot.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the third respondent shall attend to the claim of the petitioner and dispose it of within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made which is recorded and accepted, this petition is disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall join place of posting within a period of ten days from today and to represent the third respondent thereafter.
