The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the second respondent to dismiss the Appeal No. 7C201618001464 as not maintainable by taking into consideration the objection of the petitioners dated 19.12.2014.
This Court does not consider it appropriate to issue any such direction as prayed for.
It is always open to the petitioners to challenge the final order, if he is not satisfied with the same, before the appropriate forum.
