JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the first accused in Crime No. 815/2013 of Varkala Police Station registered for offences under Section 304(b) read with Section 34 I.P.C.
2. He was granted Anticipatory Bail by this Court and complying with the direction in the bail order, he has surrendered his Passport on his return from abroad. Now he wants to go back again. His prayer is to release the passport to him and grant him permission to go abroad.
3. Heard.
4. He submitted that the prayer may be granted imposing the conditions which were imposed in the earlier order.
This Crl.M.C. is allowed.
1. The accused will execute an additional bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifity Thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.

2. One of the sureties should be the nearest relative of the petitioner.
3. The accused will surrender his passport within six months from the date of release of the passport.
4. He shall furnish an attested photocopy of the passport and his address where he will be available in the foreign country - showing the employment, the company name etc.
5. He will also furnish the address of the person, who shall be one of the parents or near relatives, who will be bound to give information to the petitioner regarding the stage of the case.
