Petitioner complains about the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in not taking any action pursuant to Ext.P2 application submitted by him for getting his property having an extent of 4.35 ares in Re-survey No.444/4-3 of Karuvatta Village mutated so as to enable him to pay the land tax.

2. Having regard to the nature of contentions urged, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of as under:

The respondent is directed to consider Ext.P2 and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
