Gondal vs State

1. Impugned order dated 27.01.2012 is withdrawn by the Regional Director of Municipalities at Rajkot. In that view of the matter, the cause of action of the petitioner will not survive. In view of the order passed on 29.03.2012 in this matter, where it is observed that it is tentative, it is hoped that respondent No.3 i.e. Regional Director of Municipalities at Rajkot, will pass appropriate order after issuing notice to the affected parties and after following due process of law.

2. With above, petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
