JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ritu Raj Awasthi,J.
Sri Manoj Singh appearing for the Union of India placed before the Court an order dated 25.01.2010 which provides alternative accommodation to the 8th battalion C.R.P.F. under the orders of State officers. He further says that actually the battalion has vacated the community centre on 27.01.2010 and the possession has been delivered to the L.D.A. Photo copy of the aforesaid order is being placed on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts, the petition has lost its efficacy and it is hereby dismissed.
