Sri Raj Bahadur Singh Yadav, learned Additional Advocate General, on the basis of the instructions received from the State Government, has made a statement that subsequent to assuming office by the new Government certain materials have come to their notice, which may entirely change the complexion of the issues involved in these writ petitions and perhaps it may not be necessary for this Court to proceed in the matter. He prays for six weeks' time to bring those materials on record by means of a supplementary counter affidavit. As prayed list at 2-00 P.M. on 23rd July, 2012 along with connected writ petitions. .
