By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report bearing FIR No.0015 of 2021, under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 307 IPC & 3 (1) Da and 3 (1) Dha of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Para, District- Lucknow.
From a bare perusal of the impugned FIR, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out against the petitioner. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. It is accordingly dismissed, however, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner in the pending investigation.
Petitioner, if he so pleases, may apply for bail under the relevant provisions.
