Ref:-Crl. Misc. Amendment Application No.286854 of 2014 Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary amendment in the bail application.
Heard Sri B.N.Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Nitin Srivasatava, learned AGA.
The amendment application is allowed and the order dated 22.08.2014 is corrected as follows :
"In the second line of fifth paragraph of the order dated 22.08.2014, apart from the sections mentioned therein now section "414" shall also be read.
