1. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners as they have married without their parents' approval.
2. It has been submitted that petitioners are both major and have performed marriage on 15.12.2019 and the Nikahnama had been signed by Quazi Noor Mohammad Shahganj, Mosque, Shahnoor Aliganj, Allahabad and the petitioners have also applied online for registration of their marriage.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Hathras Gate, Hathras, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
