ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 22.10.2013 in W.P.No.12029 of 2013.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area) placed before the Court proceedings No.D/6163/1995 dated 31.05.2014 issued by the respondent, whereunder he has rejected the request of the petitioners for mutation of their names in respect of the land in Sy.Nos.265 and 71 of Manikonda village, Rajendranagar Mandal.
In view of the passing of the said order, as directed by this Court, the respondent has complied with the order of this Court. If the petitioners feel aggrieved by the said order, they are entitled to avail appropriate remedy.
Subject to this liberty given to the petitioners, the contempt case is closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
