Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondents.
By way of amendment application, prayer was made to direct the Civil Judge (S.D.), Kanpur Nagar to decide the Original Suit No.1243 2018 (Goldi Singh and another Vs. Kusum Singh Gaur and others) in terms of the amicably compromise dated 10.06.2021 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the concerned court below to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid compromise application after hearing all the concerned parties in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad.
