Niloufer Akbar, AGA for R1 and R2, Sri Murali.N, Advocate for R3 and R4) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the R-1 and R-2 to take action in accordance with law pursuant to complaint vide Annexure-E dated 28.05.2015 lodged by the petitioner association before the 1st and 2nd or in the alternate consider the said complaint and pass appropriate order’s in accordance with law.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:

2. Smt. Niloufer Akbar, learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a memo dated 17.01.2019 stating that pursuant to the petitioner’s complaint dated 28.05.2015, respondent No.2 has issued an endorsement on 05.06.2015, a copy of which is produced along with the memo stating that since there is a dispute between the parties pending before the City Civil Court, parties may be directed to settle their dispute before the City Civil Court only.
3. The memo along with the endorsement is placed on record.
4. Pursuant to the petitioner’s complaint dated 28.05.2015 the respondent No.2 was issued endorsement on 05.06.2015. Hence, the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
