It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that connected writ petition in W.P.No.3946 of 2017 is pending and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
2.In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions in the other writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
