While entertaining the writ petition, this court, on 06.10.2004, has granted interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- on or before 05.11.2004, failing which, the stay granted shall be vacated automatically. Since the above said conditional order was not complied with, the stay was subsequently vacated. Thereafter, the possession was taken over and subsequently auction was held and the possession was handed over to the purchaser.
3. In view of the above, I do not find anything survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
