Respondents http://www.judis.nic.in Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent comprised in proceedings No.PIPDIC/FP/Advt./47/2004 dated 24.09.2004 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to reschedule the debt which is outstanding in the name of the petitioner company by following the Reserve Bank of India guidelines.

Nambiselvan Additional Government Pleader For Respondent No.4 : Mr.R.S.Varadarajan For Respondent No.3 : Mr.T.M.Naveen for Mr.D.Kamatchi O R D E R The petitioner filed this writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent comprised in proceedings No.PIPDIC/FP/Advt./47/2004 dated 24.09.2004 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to reschedule the debt which is outstanding in the name of the petitioner company by following the Reserve Bank of India guidelines.
2. While entertaining the writ petition, this court, on 06.10.2004, has granted interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- on or before 05.11.2004, failing which, the stay granted shall be vacated automatically. Since the above said conditional order was not complied with, the stay was subsequently vacated. Thereafter, the possession was taken over and subsequently auction was held and the possession was handed over to the purchaser.
3. In view of the above, I do not find anything survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
