JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heirs of respondent No.8 are sought to be joined as party respondents.
For the proposed respondents, learned advocate Mr. Shelat ensures to file his appearance. However, he has no objection to the request being acceded to. Present respondents No.8.1 to 8.3 be impleaded as party respondents. Necessary amendment shall be carried out in the cause title and otherwise also within one(1) week . Main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.1732 of 2012 shall come up on board on 30.7.2012.
