Ms. Chikhaliya, learned AGP, has submitted that further affidavit explaining the status with regard to the order dated 23.5.2008 (Annexure - J page-29 of the petition) and also placing on record the details about the applicability of the provisions of upper age limit, is ready, however, it is not sworn and that therefore, could not be filed. She has requested for some time to place the said affidavit on record and also to clarify the position with regard to the provisions under Schedule F, which was shown to the Court on earlier occasion.
Time as request for is granted.

The respondent shall also place on record the amendment said to have been brought into effect in 1993 in same Schedule F, particularly with regard to the provision pertaining to upper age limit.
