They stated that they compromised the matter as per the terms and conditions of memorandum of compromise filed in ASMP.No.2683 of 2014 and sought for disposal of the appeal. The terms of compromise stated in ASMP.No.2683 of 2014 are recorded.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise in ASMP.No.2683 of 2014. There shall be no order as to costs.
