Learned advocate for the applicant states that because of change in address of unserved respondents, the notice could not be served to the respondents. He states that he shall supply fresh address of unserved respondents to the Registry. He also requests the Court to permit him to amend the cause title after supplying fresh address. Permission as sought for is granted.
Fresh notice to unserved respondents, on the fresh address to be supplied by the learned advocate for the applicant, returnable on 10.01.2013.
