JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Abhinav Narain Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Sanjeev Sankhdhar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. Learned counsel for the State prayed for and is allowed four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.
List thereafter.
In the meantime the operation and enforcement of order impugned dated 23rd of October, 2009 (Annexure No.3), passed by the Commercial Tax Tribunal-1, Lucknow shall remain stayed till further orders of this court.
