O R D E R Petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to renew petitioner’s society’s registration by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner at Annexure-B.
2. It is not in dispute that the respondent No.2 had issued an endorsement/order dated 30.06.2018, assigning the reasons for returning the request of the petitioner’s Institution for renewal. In view of the same, the relief sought by the petitioner, to direct respondent No.3 to consider the representation would be an empty formality.
