The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in R.c.No.8605/03/H3 dated 12.07.2004 issued by the Second Respondents and quash the same consequently direct the First and Second Respondents to continue the aid and assistance to the fifth Respondent Society by framing a scheme for the revival of the Society, by providing work orders for production of Dhoties, sarees, uniforms under “Free Saree, Dhoti and Uniform Scheme” and to repay the outstanding loans as provided under Sec. 64 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.
