The petitioner seeks for a direction to the third respondent not to register the documents produced to the properties situated at survey No.78/1C, 79/2, 81/1, 68/4, 69/1, 738/1, 693/1, 739/1, 68/1 and 739/4 admeasuring 0.56, 1.88, 0.75, 2.19, 5.23, 1.18, 1.58, 1.48, 0.34 Acres and 0.14.0 Hectares respectively situated at Palayamkottai Village, Palayamkottai taluk, Tirunelveli District.

According to the petitioner, the above-said property belongs to the petitioner trust and some of the third parties are trying to create documents and get the same registered before the registering authority, without having any right or title. Therefore, the petitioner made those representations calling upon the registering authority not to register such document. When such representations have not been considered, the petitioner has come before this Court and filed the present writ petition.
3.Even though the petitioner has not made the private parties as party respondents against whom, they are having grievance, considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 11.10.2013 and 26.12.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the affected persons. The said exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
