It is submitted by Mr.P.C.Master, learned advocate for respondent No.1 that in spite of the fact that the reinstatement of the respondent-workman, as granted by the impugned Award, has not been stayed by this Court and a stay order has only been granted insofar as the consequential benefits are concerned, the petitioner has not reinstated the respondent-workman.
The intention of the Court in not staying the reinstatement of the respondent-workman is very clear and it was expected that at least that part of the impugned Award that has not been stayed would be complied by the petitioner. In this view of the matter, the petitioner may show cause why the HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Thu Apr 14 00:44:49 IST 2016 SCA/8916/2012 2/2 ORDER ad-interim relief granted by order dated 06.07.2012, be not vacated.
