(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) Learned advocate Mr.Dipak R.Dave states that he has instructions to appear for respondent No.2 and he needs time to file appropriate reply, if any, after obtaining instructions. Against this, learned advocate Mr.Nanavati states that technical bids are to be submitted and opened on tomorrow and, therefore, the petitioner's interest would be jeopardized if that is done. Learned advocate Mr. Naidu on the other hand indicates that by the time the procedure is through it would be around 3.30 PM tomorrow. In this set of circumstances, we adjourn the matter tomorrow at 2.30 PM. It is also clarified that acceptance of bids and opening of technical tenders, would be subject to final outcome of the petition, since the petitioner is also going to participate in the process.
