2. Suit laid by the plaintiff for recovery of money for the services rendered by the plaintiff to the defendant pursuant to the purchase order issued by the defendant.
3. The defendant has already been set ex-parte. Thereafter, the matter was referred to the learned Master for recording ex-parte evidence. After completion of recording of ex-parte evidence, the matter is again listed today before the Court for further orders.
4. In support of the plaintiff's case, PW1 has been examined and Exhibits.P1 to P14 have been marked. The evidence of PW-1 and documents marked as Exs.P1 to P14 are perused cumulatively and considering the same, the plaintiff has established his claim without any doubt.
5. In the light of the above reasons, the plaintiff's case is accepted and the Civil Suit is decreed as prayed for with costs.
