JUDGMENT / ORDER

After some elaborate arguments by the learned Central Government Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent has produced a letter wherein it is clearly stated that only due to Look Out Circular pending before the second respondent, they are not able to give the visa and if the look out circular is to be set aside in the manner known to law, they will consider the representation of the petitioner.
2. It is further stated that the second respondent requires necessary application for cancellation of Look Out Circular. The petitioner is directed to file an application seeking cancellation of look out circular and if such application is filed, the second respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders as early as possible taking into consideration the ground of medical purpose.
3. It is made very clear that the second respondent is directed to consider whether the petitioner is entitled for cancellation of Look Out Circular and pass orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
