Petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P2 proceedings initiated under the Land Conservancy Act. Petitioner approached the District Collector, Pathanamthitta by way of Ext.P3 appeal. The limited request made by the petitioner is for an early disposal of Ext.P3 and postpone all coercive steps against the petitioner till a final decision is taken by the District Collector.
2. In the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider Ext.P3 appeal after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the first and second respondents. Needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till then, status quo shall be maintained.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
