JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 05.01.2015 in W.P.(MD) No.20364 of 2014 has been modified by order dated 25.04.2017 in W.A.(MD) No.138 of 2017.
2.Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy for the relief granted in W.A.(MD) No.138 of 2017. No costs.
