JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt has been filed contending that the first respondent did not consider Ext.P10 within the time specified by this Court as per judgment dated 7.7.2014. An affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondent stating that, so far the Government has not taken any decision to acquire the land. The Government will issue orders for acquisition only after considering the rehabilitation of the evictees. Further, it is stated that the District Collector has reported that the Special Tahsildar has been directed to prepare the rehabilitation plan as envisaged in G.O.(M.S) 419/2011/RD dated 15.11.2011.
In the light of the aforesaid affidavit filed by the respondent, I do not think that a case of wilful contempt has been made out and accordingly the Contempt Case is closed.
