The petitioners have earlier preferred Writ Petition No. 31787 of 2018 seeking protection which was dismissed by this Court by order dated 18.9.2018 with liberty to file review application.
In the present petition also, the petitioners have prayed for the same relief which was claimed by the petitioners in the earlier writ petition.
Thus, the present writ petition is not maintainable, as the earlier writ petition of the petitioner for the same cause of action had been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 18.09.2018.
Thus, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioners to avail remedy as available to them in law.
