1. On 12.09.2012 the following order was passed by this Court;
"In order to attain affiliation, the petitioner shall report to Dr. Dharmendra Patel, Incharge Registrar of respondent -University on 13.09.2012 at 1100 hrs., The Incharge Registrar of respondent University shall supply the list of necessary deficiencies to the petitioner within 24 hrs. from today. On receipt of the list of deficiencies, the petitioner shall remove the said deficiencies for grant of affiliation. The respondent University shall decide the issue of affiliation within 48 hours thereafter. Matter to be listed on 18.09.2012. Direct Service is permitted today."
2. Thereafter, on 18.09.2012, the following order came to be passed;
"The order dated 12.09.2012 passed by this Court is partially complied with by the respondent- University. However, for further compliance of the said order, Mr. Panchal, learned Advocate for the respondent-University requests for time. Matter is adjourned to 09.10.2012."
3. It is stated by learned counsel Mr. Panchal that Meeting of the Executive Council has not been called so far. It is, therefore, expected that the University shall call the Meeting immediately and take necessary decision before next date. S.O to 23.10.2012.
