JUDGMENT / ORDER

In order to attain affiliation, the petitioner shall report to Dr. Dharmendra Patel, Incharge Registrar of respondent -University on 13.09.2012 at 1100 hrs., The Incharge Registrar of respondent University shall supply the list of necessary deficiencies to the petitioner within 24 hrs. from today. On receipt of the list of deficiencies, the petitioner shall remove the said deficiencies for grant of affiliation. The respondent University shall decide the issue of affiliation within 48 hours thereafter.
Matter to be listed on 18.09.2012.
Direct Service is permitted today.
