1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
2. The prosecution case shows that in the night of 7.1.06 Prahlad was abducted After four days a telephonic information was received whereby a ransum of Rs. 50 lacs were demanded. The complainant went to the appointed place and informed that he is unable to meet the demand. The matter was settled at Rs. 1 lac on 10.2.06. A police party accompanied with the complainant and witnesses went to the appointed place but the culprits opened fire. Six persons were arrested and five were able to escape. The abductee was recovered. The applicants are the persons who were arrested there. As the abductee was recovered from the possession of the applicants, there is no ground for bail. The bail application is rejected.
