Sri Tej Om Prakash Gupta, Advocate, stated at the outset that there is some serious mistake in drafting of this writ petition and, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw it with liberty to file a fresh one. Learned Standing Counsel and Sri Ravi Prakash Pandey, Advocate, appearing for respondents have no objection to the said request.
2. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
