Following orders were passed in the matter on 14.11.2019:-
"The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of retiral dues since 30.4.2019.
Sri Abhishek Srivastava learned Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2. He is directed to seek his instructions to bring the decision of the competent authority for release of retiral dues admissible to the petitioner.
As prayed, put up this matter on 29.11.2019 as fresh."
Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.
2 has obtained instructions, according to which Jalkal department is facing serious financial crisis and that its regular employees have also not been paid their salary for the last two months. It is stated that all endeavours are being made to release entire retiral benefits to the petitioner. Prayer is made to grant six months time for the purpose.
In view of the facts placed before the Court, and also the undertaking given by the counsel for the respondents that all retiral benefits would be released to the petitioner, within a period of six months, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to act in furtherance of the undertaking given to this Court and to disburse all retiral benefits to the petitioner, within a period of six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
