Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the respondent has been served on 23.03.2012 by R.P.A.D.
In spite of the notice having been served, the respondent has preferred not to appear before the Court.
However, to give one more chance, S.O. to 19.04.2012.
It would be open for the learned counsel for the petitioner to inform the respondent about the next date of hearing by R.P.A.D.
