Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondent no.1 and Sri J.S.Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the Bank- respondent no.2.
This is a writ petition against the notice under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short the Act). The petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under Section 17 of the said Act.
That being the position, we are not inclined to interfere with the same.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
