JUDGMENT / ORDER

The dispute raised in this writ petition is with regard to absorption of the petitioner. The petitioner is an employee of the U.P.State Yarn Company Limited-respondent no.4 which is a Company incorporated under the Companies Act and not the State Government and, therefore, the petitioner cannot be said to be an employee of the State Government.
As such, let this petition be placed before the appropriate Bench preferably on Thursday, i.e., 13.2.2014 as fresh.
