With the consent of the parties this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 (Naib Tehsildar Pratappur, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj) to decide the petitioner's case being Case No. 5604 filed under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act which is pending since 22.03.2018 (Girja Shankar Yadav vs. Jai Devi) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
