1. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to be issued to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mirzapur to decide the application for temporary injunction paper no.6-C dated 31.03.2014 in Original Suit No.105 of 2014 (Girja Shankar Pandey vs. Krishan Kumar and others). It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Original Suit No.105 of 2014 had been filed by the petitioner praying for permanent injunction against the defendants, notice was issued and the defendants appeared and filed their objections to the application for temporary injunction and also their written statement to the plaint. The Amin report has also been submitted on 25.05.2014, yet till date the application for temporary injunction has not been decided.
2. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to pass appropriate orders on the application for temporary injunction paper no.6-C at the earliest within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
