Heard learned counsel for parties.
The claim of the petitioners here, who are retired employees of the U.P. Jal Nigam, is for the revision of their pensionary benefits bearing in mind the report of the Sixth Pay Commission. Since the respondent nos.2 and 3 are unserved, the ends of justice would warrant the petition being disposed of on the following terms.
Subject to the petitioners filing representations individually before the second respondent along with all details and particulars in support of their claims for revision of pensionary benefits within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be duly examined and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months therefrom.
Accordingly the writ petition shall stand disposed of. All contentions of respective parties on merits are kept open.
