After hearing the learned advocate for the applicant and after going through the explanation given in the application for condonation of delay, we are convinced that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from preferring the appeal within the period of limitation. We thus condone delay of seven days caused in preferring the appeal. The appeal be registered and be placed for admission in the next week.
