Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Challenge in this writ petition is to an order dated 10.07.2019, wherein an observation had been made that in case, encroachment exists, the same should be removed.
Any encroachment over Gaon Sabha property is necessarily to be removed in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Admittedly, no such proceedings have been initiated till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition, in any case, is premature and is dismissed as such.
