Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, Sri Akhilesh Chandra Mishra, learned Counsel for respondent no.2 and Sri Rohit Pandey, learned Counsel for respondent nos.3 & 4.
At the very outset, Sri Rohit Pandey, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.3 and 4 fairly submits that the petitioner-institution on 14.6.2019 has approached the affiliating University i.e. respondent no.2, who has forwarded the same to the Counselling University and now the name of the petitioner institution will be reflected in the pool counselling which is commencing 27th June, 2019.
In view of the statement so made, writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
