At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that on account of some defect, he does not want to press this application and he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application with better particulars.
In view of above statement made by Sri Pawan Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application with better particulars.
