Learned counsel on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4 states that in the event above objections have not been disposed of, same shall be disposed of expeditiously.
This writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the objections dated 15.09.2020 by a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
